sendcv is recruiting an experienced Production Operator for a leading position at Tower Semiconductor in Migdal HaEmek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our advanced manufacturing processes. You will monitor and operate state-of-the-art technological equipment, maintaining optimal performance standards while adhering to strict quality and safety protocols. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring machine parameters, identifying and preventing equipment failures before they occur, maintaining accurate technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with production schedules. Working in a multicultural team of highly skilled professionals, you will need to demonstrate strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with operating systems are essential for this role, as you will be working with digital monitoring and control systems. We offer flexible working hours, including weekend and holiday shifts to maintain continuous production operations. The salary ranges from ₪8,000 to ₪13,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
